HOMERUN is a revolutionary product for ceramic tile and grout. It contains safe, low pH cleaning agents that will allow replacement of the acids you are currently using. HOMERUN can be used on porcelain, ceramic tile, grout, concrete, plastic and many other surfaces that acids destroy. HOMERUN will also remove soap scum, hard water deposits and efflorescence on porcelain, ceramic and quarry tile.

LO-TEST |   ACID TILE & GROUT CLEANER

Lo-Test is an acidic pre-treatment for cleaning man-made ceramic, porcelain, quarry tile and grout. Lo-Test helps dissolve grease and oil while maintaining an acidic pH. The low pH eliminates scale, mineral deposits and embedded stains. This unique blend of acid tile cleaner is stable with an aggressive degreaser on the acid side of the pH scale. Lo-Test can also be used as a daily maintenance cleaner when diluted 2 oz. per gallon of water.

NEUTRAL CLEAN  |  HARD SURFACE, STONE & GROUT CLEANER

Neutral Clean is a highly concentrated neutral pH cleaner that will clean any surface not harmed by water. It is excellent for daily maintenance of ceramic tile, marble, wood, granite and vinyl floors. Neutral Clean is excellent for finished or wax floors and will not dull finished floors. Promote Neutral Clean to any customer who has grout sealer or natural stone sealer in their home.

Clear Seal is a water-based sealer designed for grout, porous tile, concrete, natural stone, brick and many other porous masonry surfaces. Clear Seal protects against both water and oil based stains. Clear Seal provides this amazing protection without a leaving a gloss or color enhancement thus preserving the natural look!
Depending on porosity of the tile, grout and masonry coverage will be approximately 1,000 square feet per gallon.

NO-FOAM is a concentrated silicone dimethyl siloxane that lowers the surface tension of detergents there by eliminating foam. NO-FOAM helps protect your extraction equipment and maintains your extraction effectiveness by eliminating foam in hoses and waste tanks. NO-FOAM is ideal to use with truck mounted carpet cleaning machines, portable carpet cleaning machines, wet vacs and walk behind automatic floor scrubber’s.

The indoor/outdoor QuadSealer is a water-based interior and exterior brick, grout, stone and concrete sealer. QuadSealer is a non-yellowing UV resistive coating. QuadSealer will enhance color and gloss to brick and stone. QuadSealer has a low sensitivity to amine based strippers and cleaners making for a easy cleanable surface. QuadSealer may be used as a membrane curing compound on new concrete. QuadSealer helps control hydration of cement by preventing rapid moisture loss from the surface of newly placed cement. Coverage varies per application.
